Mark “The Meat Man”
The man, the myth, the legend. Mark “The Meat Man” Demmin first got involved with meat raffles in 2009 when meat raffles weren’t very popular. What started as a hobby turned into a passion. If you’ve heard of a meat raffle, you’ve probably heard his name. He’s helped start huge fundraisers for the Sabres’ Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities of WNY, the John Fiore Foundation, etc. His passion for helping people shows in every single meat raffle he does.
Caitlynne “The Meat Queen”
Caitlynne joined the Meat Crew in 2009 helping behind the scenes; running tickets, handing out meat, joking with the crowd. In our 2015/2016 season, we needed to expand as there wasn’t enough Mark to go around. Caitlynne has gained many friends and family while being our energetic emcee. Caitlynne, her husband Corey, and their three children, Jeremiah, Elijah, and Eleanor will continue on the meat raffle legacy for many years to come.
